MIZUSAWA DOWN JACKET MOUNTAINEER – NVGR

With its non-quilted thermal bonding and seam tape construction, the Mizusawa Down high spec jacket “Mountaineer” is supremely waterproof, and its unique Parahood system  prevents water or snow from pooling around the neck. A mesh panel between dual front zips draws in air from outside to prevent uncomfortable heat and moisture buildup, and additional temperature control is provided by Descente’s own brilliant HEAT NAVI lining. With traceable down that has acquired “DOWNPASS” certification it is now possible – through a system of Serial Numbers – to track, and strictly control, all down feathers used in the procurement process. A winner ever since it took out an award in the Mountain Performance category at ISPO 2018
